Epoxy propane is a flammable liquid with low-boiling, water-soluble, easily vaporized, high saturated vapor pressure and strong polarity. The water-soluble flammable liquids can be easily be separated when combined with water of the foam and make the bubble closure worse, if the anti-melt foam extinguishing agent is used for fire control of water-soluble, low-boiling and flammable liquid traditionally, then it will leads the poor extinguishing effect due to the flammable liquid vapor easily penetrates the foam layer and is burned on the surface of the foam, and the foam layer is unable to cover the choking effect of low boiling point flammable liquid. This poses a significant safety hazard for low-boiling flammable products of manufacturing, using, storing and transporting.
