Founded in 1981, Shanghai Liuli Chemical Co., Ltd (Liuli for short) mainly produces protein, fluorine-protein fire-extinguishing foam, high expansion fire-extinguishing foam, aqueous film-forming fire-extinguishing foam, insolvable aqueous film-forming fire-extinguishing foam, insolvable fire-extinguishing foam, civil cleanser, toilet cleanser, etc. Located in No. 804, Haimin Village, Fengcheng Town, Fengxian District, Liuli has an occupation of 18,000sq.m, architectural area of 5,000sq.m., fixed assets of RMB 15million, 110 staff including 2 with senior titles, 5 with medium titles and 8 with junior titles to produce more than 5,000tons of extinguishing foam yearly. The products are of a great variety with high quality, which are sold throughout the country and the world.
The production technique has been awarded the National Prize for Invention, and product quality has reached the world advanced level as that of UK and USA. Liuli has the complete quality assurance system and inspection methods, and its products have passed the test of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, have been awarded Certificate of Type Approval by China Certification Center for Fire Products, Ministry of Public Security, PRC and Certificate of Type Approval for Marine Service by China Classification Society, and titled “Shanghai Quality Product” in continuous years.
